Egg yolk is the most concentrated source of cholesterol in the daily diet. Egg noodles are made with egg yolks. No Yolks do not contain egg yolks. No Yolks Whole Grain are made with 100% whole wheat flour, corn flour and dried egg white. With no cholesterol and 45 G of whole grains per serving, No Yolks Whole Grain are a delicious and nutritious substitute for egg noodles in any recipe.
Cooking: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional). Gradually stir in 8 oz. of No Yolks noodles; return to rapid boil. Cook uncovered for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Serve as desired.
