Description

Egg yolk is the most concentrated source of cholesterol in the daily diet. Egg noodles are made with egg yolks. No Yolks is a cholesterol free egg noodle substitute. They are made with enriched flour, enriched corn flour and dried egg whites. They do not contain egg yolks. Nor do they contain artificial coloring or preservatives. No Yolks have the same taste and texture as egg noodles and they are equally nutritious.

  • Cooking Directions: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt to add flavor and reduce stickiness. Gradually stir in 8 oz of No Yolks noodles; return to rapid boil. Cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Serve as desired.
