Preparation Instructions

How to Cook: Add 1 cup of buckwheat to 1-1/2 cups of water. Bring to a vigorous boil. Turn down heat to simmer and cover. Cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until all water is absorbed and the groats are tender. Ready in about 15 min.
