Ingredients
Keta Salmon, Marinade (Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Water, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Brown Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Parsley and Garlic Oil).- Keep frozen. Preparation and Cooking: Thawing: Remove from clear pouch and thaw under refrigeration overnight (preferred method). To quick thaw, place clear pouch in cold water for 20-30 minutes. Use immediately after thawed. Cooking Tips: For bolder flavor, pour all of the marinade in pouch over fillet. Skin is left on for added moisture and ease of cooking. After cooking, skin can be easily removed with spatula before serving. Cooked fish will flake with a fork and have an opaque appearance when fish is done. Thickness of fish may cause variations in cook time. Be sure fillets do not overlap during cooking as this will cause uneven cooking. Grill: Preheat grill to Med-High heat. Spray aluminum foil lightly with cooking oil, then place on preheated grill (this will keep fish from sticking and breaking apart). Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down on aluminum foil. Thawed: Grill 5 minutes, turn fillet over and grill an additional 5-10 minutes. Frozen: Grill 8 minutes, turn fillet over and grill an additional 10-14 minutes. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down in foil-lined baking pan. Thawed: Bake 15-18 minutes in center of oven. Frozen: Bake 28-32 minutes in center of oven. Microwave: Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down in microwave-safe dish. Cover dish loosely with paper towel. Additional cooking time is needed when cooking 2 fillets. Due to variances in appliances, cooking times listed are approximate. Testing done in 1100 watt oven. Thawed: Microwave on High 2-3 minutes. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes, then carefully remove. Frozen: Microwave on High 3-4 minutes. Let stand in microwave 2 minute, then carefully remove. Use caution as product is hot. Note: The recommended internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Place thermometer in thickest portion of cooked fish to test temperature. Morey's Fish Creations have been boned for your convenience. As with all fish, there is the potential to find small bones. Handling: Keep frozen, unless thawing for use.
