0- Fajita: Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 2 tbsp. oil, divided. 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips. 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips. 1/4 cup cup water. 8 flour tortillas (6-inch), warmed. Assorted Toppings: Shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole or chopped tomatoes. Directions: 1 Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp. oil. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Return meat to skillet. 2. Stir in water and Seasoning Mix. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through. 3. Spoon into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings. Kitchen Tips: Fajita Quesadillas: Divide prepared Fajita filling among 4 flour tortillas (8-inch) on baking sheet. Top each with 1/2 cup shredded cheese then with second tortilla. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Makes 8 servings.
