Time Honored Traditions: Our pasta is made in Italy using time honored artisanal methods. Durum Wheat Semolina: Made with only the highest quality all natural durum wheat semolina. Bronze Die: Each piece is shaped by extrusion through a bronze die which imparts a texture that adheres perfectly to the sauce. Quality Flavor: The longer drying time ensures a true restaurant quality pasta flavor. Product of Italy.
Cooking time 9-11 minutes. For Best Results: 1. Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil for each 1 lb. of pasta. (Add salt to taste.) 2. When water comes to a full boil, add pasta. 3. For true 'al dente' pasta, cook for 9 minutes, stir occasionally. For more tender pasta, cook an additional minute or two. 4. While pasta is cooking, heat sauce in a large saute pan for about 5 minutes on low heat. 5. Drain pasta well, then add pasta to the saute pan; gently pan toss for about one minute. 6. Serve and enjoy. Store in a cool, dry place.
