Preparation Time: 15 Minutes. Bake Time 30 to 40 Minutes. You Will Need: 9 Inch two-piece tube pan. 1 cup Water. 1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mixing Batter: Combine egg white packet marked No. 1 and water in metal or glass mixing bowl. Blend on low speed until mix is dissolved. Gradually increase speed to high until stiff peaks form (5 to 10 minutes). Do not under beat. (If peaks do not hold shape beat longer.) Sprinkle cake mix in packer marked No. 2 into egg white mixture while blending on low speed. Spread batter into ungreased tube pan. Cut through batter with spatula to remove air bubbles. 3. Bake: Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove cake from oven and place upside down on heat resistant bottle or 2 to 4 cans of equal height until cool. (This will ensure best cake height.) After cooled, loosen sides with straight knife and remove from pan.
