    Matzo Meal (Passover Wheat Flour and Water), Potato Starch, Vegetable Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil), Potatoes, Salt, Onion, Sugar, Paprika, Annatto Color, Marjoram, White Pepper, Garlic, and Caramel Color.

  • To Prepare: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Moisten: Moisten chicken pieces (with or without skin) with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below measure mixture into enclosed shaker bag or onto plate. Shake: Shake or coat 2 or 3 pieces at a time until evenly coated. Discard any unused mixture in bag or on plate. Bake: Bake in an ungreased shallow baking pan until cooked through, using chart below (Bake times are the same with or without skin). Do not cover or turn chicken during baking. 6 to 8 Chicken Pieces: Entire packet coating mixture; 45-50 min with bone bake time at 400 degrees F; 20-25 min boneless bake time at 400 degrees F. 4 to 5 Chicken Pieces: 1/2 packet coating mixture; 40-45 min with bone bake time at 400 degrees F; 15-20 min boneless bake time at 400 degrees F. 2 to 3 Chicken Pieces: 1/4 packet coating mixture; 40-45 min with bone bake time at 400 degrees F ; 15-20 min boneless bake time at 400 degrees F. Coats 2-1/2 lbs of chicken pieces. Suggestions: For chicken nuggets and chicken fingers - bake for 15-20 minutes.
