  • Microwavable. Keep frozen. Cooking direction: Microwave: place 1/4 cup of water and tamales in a microwave-safe container and cover. Microwave on high for about 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove tamales from container and serve immediately. Stovetop: place enough water to cover the tamales into a large sauce pan and bring water to boil over high heat. Place tamales into the sauce pan and cover with lid. Reduce heat and continue to cook for about 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove tamales from sauce pan and serve immediately.
