***COOKING INSTRUCTION*** Cook 1-1 1/2 lb. lobster/person Bring 1" water and 2 Tbsp salt to a rapid boil in a pot large enough to hold lobster(s) Add lobsters. Cover with a lid Cook 1 lb lobster 12 minutes once water returns to boil until bright red Add 2 to 3 minutes cook time for each 1/4 lb over 1 lb Serve with melted butter and lemon OPTIONS: Boil, Split and Bake, or Grill
