Heat and Serve: Heat uncapped in microwave. Refrigerate after opening. For best results, cook your favorite shape of pasta according to instructions, leaving it slightly undercooked. Meanwhile, bring sauce to a boil. In a wide skillet, add 1/2 of the sauce, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and drained pasta. Stir over low heat until all is coated. Remove from heat, stir in 2 tablespoons of grated Italian cheese. Serve the remaining sauce spooned on top.
