Laxmi Freshly Milled Idli Rava (Nongmo) is made from parboiled rice that is cleaned, ground, and sifted to remove the husk and bran. The flour is commonly used in Indian cooking for making idli, a soft and fluffy steamed cake. This flour is rich in carbohydrates, protein, and fiber, and has no added colors or preservatives.
