Important: Keep frozen to maintain safety. Storage: Keep frozen at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C). Once thawed, do not refreeze. Preparation: Stove Top: 1. In a large skillet, add 1/2 tbs. vegetable oil and heat on med/high heat. 2. Add vegetables into skillet and heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot. Vegetables should be golden brown. 3. Stir occasionally. 4. Serve. Microwave: 1. Empty vegetables into microwave safe bowl. Do not cover. 2. Heat on high for 5 minutes until vegetables are hot (approx. 160 degrees F). Microwave times may vary. 3. Serve.
