  • You’ll need: 2 eggs, 1 -1/2 cups milk, 1 cup vegetable oil. Tip: coffee filters make perfect liners for 8 inch round cake pans. 1. Heat: Heat oven to 350 degree F: Line or lightly grease the bottom only of 2, 8-inch round cake pans. For cupcakes, line muffin pan with paper baking cup. 2. Whisk: Whisk together eggs, milk and oil in medium bowl until frothy. Add cake mix and stir until combined. Pour half of batter into each prepared cake pan. For cupcakes, fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Do not eat raw batter. 3. Bake: Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cake or cupcakes cool completely before frosting. Yield: 2, 8-inch Round Cake Pans; Temperature: 350 degrees F; Bake Time: 30-33 minutes. Yield: 12-16 Standard Cupcakes; Temperature: 350 degrees F; Bake Time: 24-27 minutes. Yield: 1, 13 x 9-inch Pan; Temperature: 350 degrees F; Bake Time: 30-33 minutes.
