Preparation Instructions

Keep frozen. Just Heat & Eat: Do not thaw. Microwave Oven Method (For Best Results): Tray: Remove tray from box. Make two to three slits in 1 inch on the over wrap to vent. Place tray in microwave and heat on High for 3 minutes. Take the tray out of the microwave; remove the over wrap carefully and stir the contents gently. Reheat on High for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the tray from microwave. Let stand for 1 minute and serve. Naan: Remove frozen naan from the box. Transfer the naan in its paper wrap to the microwave. Heat for one minute. Conventional Oven & Skillet Method: Tray: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Remove the over wrap and cover the tray with aluminum foil. Place the tray on cookie sheet. Heat for 25-30 minutes. Take out the tray. Gently stir and serve. Naan: Remove frozen naan from the box. Transfer the naan directly to the skillet on Medium heat. Heat naan for approximately 3 minutes turning over midway; apply gentle pressure on naan with a spatula

Pindi Chana: Water, Chick Peas, Onions, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Spices, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Pomegranate Seeds Powder, Green Chillies and Tea Leaves Extract. Palak Paneer: Spinach, Water, Cottage Cheese, Yogurt (Milk, Cultures), Onions, Sunflower Oil, Coriander Leaves, Garlic, Butter, Tomato Paste, Ginger, Salt, Green Chillies, Spices, Cashewnuts and Lemon Juice.
