Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. The Safe Way to Cook Your Turkey Sausage Links: Always cook well done to 165 degrees F. Completely cook your turkey links until it is well-done and reach a uniform, internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Always use a meat thermometer inserted in the middle and ends of the the links. Quick and Easy Cooking Methods: Stovetop Method: Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place links in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 12 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer in the middle and ends of links. Keep refrigerated.
