Directions for Using Tortilla Press: 1. Prepare dough based on desired recipe (included inside). Form dough balls with hands (1.5 inch to 2 inch diameter) and set aside. 2. Wrap inside of tortilla press with plastic wrap. 3. Place dough ball on bottom plate of press. 4. Lower the top plate and press the lever down until desired thickness is reached. 5. Open the press and peel the tortilla from the plastic wrap. 6. Cook tortilla on heated nonstick comal or griddle pan.
