Giving back is an important part of our mission, and we proudly support the Folk Artist's Foundation, which provides exposure, resources and encouragement to artists working in the folk art tradition. In 2003, Immaculate set the Guinness record for baking the world's largest cookie - measuring 102 feet in diameter, and sales of the cookie raised money and awareness for the foundation. While Renie Britenbucher has been painting for almost her entire life, the folks at Immaculate Baking only recently fell in love with her light-hearted creations. As it turns out, Renie is an award-winning, internationally collected, full-time artist - with two daughters who are also artists! Working in NE Ohio, Renie's evolving style has included murals, portraits, spontaneous spiritual paintings, and primitive folk art; now Renie creates what she calls whimsical folk art. Made in Canada.

Preparation Instructions

Keep dough refrigerated. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place dough pieces 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. 3. Bake 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Some oven temperatures vary so please adjust baking time accordingly. 4. Cool for at least 2 minutes before removing cookies from baking sheet. Enjoy! For bigger cookies: Combine 2 dough pieces and bake 2-4 minutes longer.
