Feeding Guidelines: Weight of Dog: 50 lbs (23 kg): 2-2/3 to 3 c (265 to 298 g) per day. 60 lbs (27 kg): 3 to 3-1/2 c (298 to 348 g) per day. 70 lbs (32 kg): 3-1/2 to 4 c (348 to 397 g) per day. 80 lbs (36 kg): 3-3/4 to 4-1/2 c (373 to 447 g) per day. 100 lbs (45 kg): 4-1/2 to 5-1/4 c (447 to 522 g) per day. 120 lbs (54 kg): 5-1/4 to 6 c (522 to 596 g) per day. 140 lbs (64 kg): 5-3/4 to 6-3/4 c (571 to 671 g) per day. Mix with Can: Replace 1-1/4 cup (124 g) for each can of Iams with Chicken and Rice (375 g can). lbs = pounds, kg = kilograms, c = cups, g = grams. 1 c = 99 g. Feeding Guidelines: These guideline amounts are a starting point and your dog may need more food depending upon age, activity and temperament. In order to reach optimal body condition, you may need to adjust food intake. This represents the total recommended volume of food per day. You should divide the total recommended feeding amount by the number of times you feed your dog per day to get the actual portion size per feeding. Large breed puppies, reaching 51-90 lbs at maturity, should transition to Iams ProActive Health Large Breed Adult recipe at 12 months of age. Giant breed puppies, over 90 lbs at maturity, should transition to Iams ProActive Health Large Breed Adult recipe at 24 months of age. Remember to have clean, fresh water available for your dog at all times. Because Iams ProActive Health Large Breed Adult Dog Food is complete and balanced for adult dogs, you do not need to add vitamin or mineral supplements.
