Product Description

Shirataki noodles are a great way to watch your diet without sacrificing the quality of your food. The noodles are low in carbs and calories, and have zero grams of fat, sodium, and cholesterol. They have no taste by themselves, but will absorb the taste of whatever they are prepared with. So you can keep eating those tasty stir fries, soups, casseroles, and pesto pasta dishes.

Preparation Instructions

Perishable. Keep refrigerated. 1. Boil Shirataki for few minutes to bring out the authentic texture. 2. For stir-fry, boil Shirataki and then saute in a dry pan to remove excess moisture. Substitute rice with finely chopped Shirataki to create low-calorie fried rice.

Ingredients Water, Yam Flour, Calcium Hydroxide.
