Contains: wheat, fish.- For peeled and deveined shrimp and shucked oysters: 1. Chill shrimp in cold water for 5 minutes. Rinse oysters in cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Mix 1/3 cup Hill Country Fare shrimp & oyster fry with 1/2-cup cold water to make a batter. Place dry shrimp & oyster fry in a small bowl. 3. Dip shrimp or oysters in batter and then roll in dry shrimp & oyster fry until well coated. 4. Using an electric fryer or skillet, heat oil to 375 degrees F. (Use Medium heat for stovetop skillet.) Fry 6 to 8 pieces for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. One package coats approximately 3 to 4 pounds of shrimp or oysters.
