Cook from frozen. Microwave (1000 watts): 1. Remove dish from box and lift corners of film to let steam escape. 2. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly. 3. Replace film and microwave for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes more, or until heated through. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Warning! Tray will be hot; use caution and support when removing from oven. 4. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Lift corners of film to let steam escape while cooking. 3. Place tray on cookie sheet and bake on middle oven rack for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Stir halfway through cooking time. 4. Remove tray from the oven and stir thoroughly. Warning!
