Keep frozen. Easy Preparation: Do not thaw before cooking. Pour only the frozen potatoes you need. Close bag carefully and return to freezer. Tips for Frying with Oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. Once the spattering stops, remove cover and return to the original cooking temperature. Use caution not to spatter or spill oil onto the hot burner of the range. Always add frozen potatoes to hot oil carefully. Cooking (from a frozen state): Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a shallow baking tray. Bake 20 to 24 minutes to desired crispness. For even crispier finish, place under oven broiler for 2-3 minutes longer. Deep Fry: Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F. Deep fryer should be no more than half full of oil. Fill fryer basket no more than half way with frozen potatoes. Use caution lowering basket into hot oil. Fry 2 to 3 minutes. For best product quality, do not overcook. Drain on paper towels and serve hot. Caution: Ice crystals will cause spattering when added to hot oil. Allow excessive crystals to melt prior to frying. Carefully add frozen potatoes to hot oil. Note: Cooking equipment may vary. Adjust cooking time as necessary. Do not refreeze.
