For food safety, potatoes must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen; do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.- Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread desired amount of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11" x 17" baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake according to times below, flipping potatoes over halfway through the baking time.
Full bag: 18 – 20 minutes
Half bag: 12 – 14 minutes
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Cook half bag for 9 – 10 minutes. Slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.
Crispy rounds must reach a minimum of 165°F (74°C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.
