Product Description

Great smoked flavor! US inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. Great hardwood smoked flavor found only in the traditions of the old west. Traditions that call for taking the extra time and care to slowly smoke bacon with specially blended hardwood chips. Preparation Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking Directions: Skillet: Place bacon in unheated skillet. Cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or to desired crispness, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place bacon in single layer between paper towels on microwaveable plate. Microwave on high to desired crispness. 2 Slices: 1 to 1-1/2 min. 4 Slices: 2 to 2-1/2 min. (caution: plate may be hot). Oven: Place bacon in single layer in shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 min. or to desired crispness. (No turning is necessary). Drain on paper towels. Tip: Slide rubber spatula between uncooked bacon slices to easily separate them without tearing. Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For best quality, purchase and use by date shown on side of package. Once opened, use within 7 days.
