So I had to be creative in developing recipes that incorporated organic grains and veggies that not only tasted great, but were quick and nutritious for my active and busy family. These meals were such a hit with my family and friends that after graduating from college, my son Stephen asked if he could share my recipes with the world. With my blessing, Stephen created Helen's Kitchen. Helen's Thai Red Curry: The first time I tried Thai Red Curry, I was surprised by the bold, yet intricate flavors. As my family often requests a less spicy, vegetarian Thai curry, I decided to recreate a milder version of this traditional dish with the same bold flavors and rich coconut milk base. I paired my Thai Red Curry with organic brown rice, butternut squash, green peas and my signature GardenSteaks to make a wholesome, delicious meal you can savor at home. GMO free - free of genetically modified organisms. Certified organic by Quality Assurance International. Made in USA.

Preparation Instructions

Keep frozen. Microwave (Recommended): Remove tray from box & make a slit in overwrap. Cook for 3-5 minutes on High. Allow tray to sit for 1-2 minutes, remove overwrap & stir. Note: Microwave & oven temperatures vary. Instructions are a guide. Do not use toaster ovens. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove overwrap, cover tray with foil & place tray on a cookie sheet. Cook for 10 mins then stir. Cook for 10 mins more than stir again. Heat for additional time if needed. Allow tray to sit for 1-2 mins, remove foil, stir & enjoy. Suggested Garnish: Sweet Thai basil.
