Ingredients
Herbs: Rosemary, Thyme, Sage. Turkey Brine Seasoning: Salt, Sugar, Spices, Garlic, Orange Peel.Allergens and safety warnings
Safe Handling: Perishable. Wash herbs before use.- Wet Brine (for Juicy Turkey): Rinse fresh herbs and pat dry. Remove giblets from turkey before brining. Add the seasoning packet to 2 gallons of water and stir well until fully dissolved. Place turkey inside a rigid container that's large enough for the turkey to be fully submerged into brining solution. Toss fresh herbs into the container, then pour in the brining solution until turkey is submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 8 - 24 hours. Carefully remove turkey from brining solution and pat dry before cooking. Prepare turkey based on cooking instructions.
Dry Brine (for Crispy Turkey): Rinse fresh herbs and pat dry. Remove giblets from turkey before brining. Remove any tough stems and finely chop the herbs. In a bowl, combine chopped herbs with the seasoning packet. Place turkey on a sheet pan or in a baking dish and evenly coat the turkey with the herb seasoning. Place seasoned turkey inside the included brining bag, close the bag and let sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After 24 hours, flip the turkey over in the bag and return to the refrigerator for an additional 24 hours. Carefully remove turkey from brine bag and pat dry before cooking. Prepare based on cooking instructions.
