Our Market Italian Sausage is a sweet and savory blend of lean pork and Italian spices that’s scrumptious on its own or the perfect addition to any of your favorite recipes.
Cooking Steps: 1. Place sausage links in a large skillet; add 1/2 inch of water. 2. Bring water to boil over High heat; reduce heat to Med-Low. 3. Cover tightly. Simmer gently 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 4. Drain water from skillet and brown sausages over Med-Low heat 2-3 minutes per side. Option: Grill 10 minutes per side.
