Keep Refrigerated- Heat 1/4" oil in heavy skillet for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with seasoned salt and pepper. Beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk. Blend 1 cup flour, and 1 tsp each salt and pepper on a plate. Turn meat in flour to coat. Dip in egg mix, turn in flour again & coat well. Fry a few at a time for 1 1/2 min/side. Drain on a paper towel.
