Ingredients
Chicken Leg Quarters, Hatch Green Chile Seasoning (Dehydrated Vegetables [Onion, Bell Pepper, Celery], Salt, Spices [Mustard, Red Chile, Cumin, Coriander], Garlic Powder, Hatch Chile Powder, JALAPEÑO Powder, Parsley Flakes, Torula Yeast, Sunflower Oil [Processing Aid], Spice Extractives [Including Garlic]).Allergens and safety warnings
Keep Refrigerated. Apply Safe Handling Instructions- Grill: Heat charcoal 40 minutes or gas grill 10 mins with lid closed. Grill 4" above Medium-Low heat (325°F surface temp is ideal). Cook in closed grill 60-75 minutes turn after 20 minutes or turn as needed to avoid flare ups. Remove when internal temperature of leg quarter reaches 165°F in thickest part.
Oven: Heat oven to 375°F. Place leg quarters on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, in center of oven for 50-60 minutes depending on size or until the internal temperature of the meat reads 165°F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
