Preparation Instructions

Cooking: Stove Top: Bring 2 cups water to boil over High heat. Add frozen H-E-B Brussels Sprouts and return to a boil. Cook uncovered on High heat 3 to 4 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste. Do not overcook. Microwave: Half Package: Place frozen Brussels Sprouts and two tablespoons water in microwave-safe bowl covered with plastic wrap. Cook on High power 3 to 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Drain; season to taste. Whole Package: Place frozen H-E-B Brussels Sprouts and 1/4 cup water in microwave-safe bowl covered with plastic wrap. Cook on High power 5 to 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Drain; season to taste. Microwaves do vary. Adjust cook times as necessary. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F or below.
