With gravy, seasoned red skin potatoes and mixed vegetable. US inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. H-E-B Classic Selections - wholesome entrees that are easy to prepare and so good, they'll want more! Our savory beef Salisbury Steak is topped with brown mushroom gravy and served with lightly seasoned and buttered diced red skin potatoes and crisp mixed vegetables.

Preparation Instructions

MICROWAVE METHOD:             Remove dish from cardboard box.              Cut slits in film cover.             Microwave on high power 3 ½ minutes.             Carefully peel back film and stir red potatoes and vegetables.             Replace film and heat on high for an additional 2 to 3 ½ minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F; let stand 2 minutes. OVEN METHOD:             Preheat oven to 375°F.             Remove dish from cardboard box.              Set dish on a baking sheet and cut slits in film cover.             Bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes, carefully remove plastic film and stir potatoes and vegetables; bake an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.             Carefully remove from the oven, remove film, and let stand for 2 minutes.
