  • Breaded Pork Tenderloin Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 5 Minutes 2 lbs thin pork tenderloin 3 cups H-E-B Roasted Garlic Panko Bread Crumbs 3 eggs ½ cup milk 3 cups H-E-B all purpose flour 1. Cut the tenderloin into small medallions and pound them out into flat patties. 2. Make an egg wash by whisking the eggs and milk together. 3. To coat the pork you will need three bowls: one for flour, one for the egg wash, and one for H-E-B Roasted Garlic Panko Bread Crumbs. 4. Dip the pork into the flour, then the egg wash, then the panko. Repeat until all the patties are coated. 5. Heat ½ inch of oil in frying pan. Add the pork and brown on both sides. The pork should be thin enough to cook in 4 to 6 minutes. 6. When they are done remove and place on paper towels to absorb the oil. 7. Serve with pasta and red sauce. Baked Asparagus Fries Prep Time: 10 Minutes Bake Time: 20 Minutes 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1 cup H-E-B Roasted Garlic Panko Bread Crumbs 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed and cut in half 3/4 cup H-E-B all purpose flour 2 eggs, lightly beaten Salt and Pepper to taste H-E-B extra virgin olive oil cooking spray 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place almonds and H-E-B Roasted Garlic Panko Bread Crumbs in a food processor and pulse until the almonds are finely ground and well mixed. Pour mixture into a shallow dish. 3. Dredge cut asparagus spears in flour and shake off excess. 4. Dip each spear into the egg wash followed by the panko mixture. Cover each spear in the panko mixture until fully coated. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Place coated spears onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spray with a light coating of cooking spray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
