    Keep refrigerated. Previously frozen.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 25 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes Clean and oil grate well. Remove shells from shrimp. Skewer them in a "horseshoe" fashion. Marinate shrimp for 10 minutes by basting with sauce or brushing with flavored oil. Grill shrimp about 4" above medium-hot heat (425°F is ideal). Cook 2 minutes per side until firm and opaque or white in center. Do not overcook. Other options: Bread and fry, sauté or steam.
