Ingredients
Scallop- Cook: Heat non-stick or heavy skillet 2 minutes over Medium-High heat. Add 1-2 Tbsp olive oil or butter to skillet, season as desired. Cook 2-4 minutes, scooping and turning often until color turns from translucent to opaque. Do not overcook.
Options: Bake at 450 degrees 8-10 minutes. Microwave 4-5 min/Lb, Stir Fry.
