Keep Refrigerated.- Arrange charcoal in half of the grill heat 30 minutes or heat one side of gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Sear meat directly over heat 3 min/side, then move to cool side. Add 5 minutes if steaks were frozen. If 2" thick, cook 45-55 minutes. Keep air temperature in the chamber at 350-400 degrees F. Remove when 140 degrees internal temperature for Medium-Rare. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
