Preparation Instructions

1. Heat charcoal 30 minutes. Heat gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. 2. Grill 4 inches above Medium heat. Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds, heat is ideal (375 degrees F). 3. 3/4 inch steak, cook 3-6 minutes/side for MedRare-Medium. For 1 inch, 4-7 minutes/side. Cook to 140 degrees (MRare) or 155 degrees (Med) internal temp. Options: Pan broil, pan fry, broil.
