    Broil: Broil 4" from heat until internal meat temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F.

    Pan Broil: Pan broil on medium heat for 5 - 6 minutes per side (1/2" thick patty) or 6 - 7 minutes per side (3/4" thick patty).
