Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill according to manufacturer instructions. Cook patties directly over medium-low heat (325°F) for 5 minutes per side. Move patties to the cool side of the grill or reduce heat to low. Close lid and continue cooking for 5 - 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
