Made of USDA Prime grade beef that's aged a minimum of 14 days for maximum tenderness, they're prepared in store and wrapped in butcher paper by our certified meat cutters.   • Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill according to manufacturer instructions. Cook patties directly over medium-low heat (325°F) for 5 minutes per side. Move patties to the cool side of the grill or reduce heat to low. Close lid and continue cooking for 5 - 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
