Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them. This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered on one half of the grill or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Cook patties directly over medium-low heat (325°F) for 5 minutes per side. Move patties to the cool side of the grill or reduce heat to low. Close lid and continue cooking for 5 - 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
