Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Oven:
Marinate brisket overnight in liquid smoke in a glass container (optional). Preheat oven to 250°F. Season brisket with garlic, onion and celery salt and place in a large roasting pan. Cover tightly and cook for 6 - 7 hours. Drain juice if more than 1/2 cup. Pour barbecue sauce over brisket and cook for an additional hour or until tender. Slice 1/4'' thick across the grain.
