Description

Skip the steakhouse and stay in tonight — our H-E-B Prime 1 Beef T-bone steak offers the same buttery, beefy taste you know and love. This loin cut is USDA Prime, ranking in the nation’s top 10% of beef. Smaller than a Porterhouse steak, it offers two delicious parts that are separated by a bone — a lean tenderloin (filet mignon) on one side and a flavor-packed strip steak on the other. To prepare a T-bone, season generously with salt and pepper, pan sear over high heat and finish in the oven or over indirect heat on the grill. Boasting abundant marbling, it’s wet-aged for a minimum of 14 days for maximum tenderness.
