Keep refrigerated. Heat & eat. Heating: 1. Heat charcoal 40 minutes until ash covered or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. 2. Grill 4 inches above Medium Low heat. Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 5 seconds, heat is ideal. (Approximately 375 degrees). 3. Cook approximately 5 minutes per side. Remove and serve.
