1. Heat charcoal 30 min. until ash covered or gas grill 10 min - lid closed. Season or marinate meat. 2. Grill 4 inches above Medium heat. Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds, heat is ideal (375 deg). 3. Cook 5-7 min/side until center of chop is almost firm to touch. Cook to 150 deg internal temp. Options: Bake/roast, broil.
