Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep Refrigerated.- Oven: Heat oven to 450°F. Season Atlantic salmon fillet as desired. Bake skin side down in upper 1/3 of oven for 15 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. Ensure fillet reaches 150°F internal temperature. Other options: Grill or pan sear.
