    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Smoker or Pellet Grill: Preheat to 225°F. Place brisket on smoker and cook for 2 – 4 hours. It's important to maintain a consistent temperature in smoker throughout the cooking process. Remove brisket when desired tenderness is reached. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Sear brisket and braise at 350°F for 2 – 3 hours.
