Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes or one side of gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Bank coals on one half of grill or reduce gas heat to low. Place ribs bone side down on the cool side. Close lid. Cook for 75 minutes. Turn after 45 minutes. Add coals to keep chamber air temp at 300°F.
