For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw poultry separate from other foods.   • Smoker or Pellet Grill: Preheat to 250°F. Place chicken on smoker for 75 – 90 minutes. Note: It's important to maintain a consistent temperature in the smoker throughout the cooking process. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving.

    Other Option: Oven-roast chicken at 350°F for 30 – 45 minutes.
