  • Grill: Prepare grill (charcoal or gas) according to manufacturer's directions for medium heat. Season or marinate lamb with herbs and spices as desired. Place on cooking surface and grill, turning once, until desired doneness is achieved. For best results, grill or broil lamb loin chop approximately 4 inches from heat for about 10 - 15 minutes, turning over halfway through (1 inch thick).

    • For medium-rare doneness, cook to 145°F
    • For medium doneness, cook to 160°F
    • For well-done, cook to 170°F
