Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Oven: Preheat Oven to 350°F. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in large Dutch oven over medium heat for 1 minute. Place meat in Dutch oven and sear each side for 1 - 2 minutes. Combine seasoning package with 1 - 2 cups of broth or water, add to pan with vegetables, cover with lid, and place in oven. Braise in oven for 2.5 - 3 hours until meat is fork tender. Remove meat and vegetables, stir gravy to thicken, and serve over meat and vegetables.
Other Option: Slow Cooker - High for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
